About Saadiyat Cultural District

Undoubtedly Saadiyat’s most talked-about asset, the Cultural District is a shining beacon on the international arts and culture horizon. Alive with colour and energy, it is the creative, vibrant soul upon which the entire fabric of the island is built. With its blend of global art and stunning architectural icons, Saadiyat Cultural District will fuel the imagination, foster interaction, and encourage people of all backgrounds to embrace a common bond of creativity.

The spectacular dome of the Louvre Abu Dhabi, designed by Jean Nouvel, will house a broad historical and geographic canvass with thematic exhibitions and special programmes.

A Performing Arts Centre will be a hub of cutting-edge theatre, music and dance from around the world while a variety of dedicated parks and pavilions will feature a broad spectrum of rotating exhibits and cultural events.
